Bona Drag accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments through our secure shopping cart.
It's important to us that you are in love with your purchase. However, in order to not conflict with our designer's consignment/custom agreements, we must enforce a strict return policy.
If the merchandise is unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached (if applicable), you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the received date for an exchange or a full refund. We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and include it in the package. Please carefully package the item(s) preferably in their original packing materials and mail it via USPS with delivery confirmation (or another comparable service with tracking). Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 5 business days and you'll hear from us via email then.
*If you plan to make an exchange, please email us at email@example.com so we can put the item on hold if needed.
*Sorry, but we cannot except returns for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, or custom items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items at 75% off or higher.
*Although WITH HEARTS IN MY EYES pieces are made to order, they are in fact still returnable unless you opt for custom measurements (which does incur a $25 fee).

We offer gift certificates in any amount (minimum is $10). Purchase them HERE. Please note, if you enter the email address of the recipient, the certificate info will automatically be emailed to the recipient. If you prefer to hand deliver the certificate, please enter your own email address in this field, and then be sure to add a note when checking out requesting that the certificate be mailed. We will mail all gift certificates over $100 free of a shipping charge, and wrapped with a bow.
At Bona Drag, we keep your information in the strictest confidence. We would never give, sell, or trade your information. If you purchase a product from our store, you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. You will receive emails updating you about new store products, sales and events. FREE GIFT WRAP
All jewelry items will automatically be packaged in gift boxes with tissue paper. If you are purchasing more than one piece of jewelry and would prefer to have them packaged in separate gift boxes, or if you would like a non-jewelry item gift wrapped, just let us know by sending an email to email@example.com directly after placing your order. We can also include a personal handwritten message on a vintage card if you ask.
Bona Drag ships from Milwaukee, Wisconsin via USPS Priority Mail or Express mail with insurance. Shipments inside Wisconsin will arrive the next day (if the order is placed by 12pm) with regular priority.
5.6% tax on orders for Wisconsin residents.
All orders placed by 12pm CST will ship the same day, not including weekends and holidays. USPS claims 1 – 3 days for priority delivery and 1-2 days for express delivery.
Please note that some handmade, custom, or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the items description if applicable.
RUSH SHIPPING: If it's after 12pm, or a weekend and you want rush shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll let you know if this is possible. There will be a $200 minimum purchase for most rush orders.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
*We currently ship International Orders via USPS International Priority (6-10 days) or International Express (5 days). You will be prompted to specify your preference at checkout.
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and Bona Drag is no longer liable. Bona Drag is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the USA.
