RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you need to make a return or exchange, please first go to the terms page for more information. Please do email us if
you require an exchange so we can put your exchange on hold for you.
If you'd like us to review your designs for possible addition to our collection, please email your lookbook and/or photos,
pricing, and distribution summary to the above address. Please know that we'd love to respond to every inquiry but unfortunately
we get so many a day that we don’t have the time. We will respond if we have interest.
If you'd like to feature Bona Drag or an item we carry in an editorial, please contact us for more information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed by 12pm CST will ship the same day, not including weekends and holidays. If you
place your order after 12 pm on Friday, it will ship the following Monday.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
You have the option of choosing Priority or Priority Express USPS mail. We ship from Wisconsin, so priority will arrive in 1-3 days depending on your location (US only). If you choose express and you place your order before 12 pm cst, it will arrive in 1-2 days. If you prefer FedEx or UPS for next day shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this. If it's after 12 pm and you want your items shipped same day, send us an email and we'll let you know if it's possible.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in most cases. For more detailed returns info,
please see the terms page.
I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR TWO YEARS AND I JUST NOW
GOT MY PACKAGE. CAN I RETURN IT?
If it has been longer than 3 weeks of the order date or if the item has been worn, please understand that
we will be unable to accept your return.
I WANT TO PLACE A PRE-ORDER. WILL I BE CHARGED NOW OR WHEN IT SHIPS?
You will be charged now in order to reserve your item. We do our best to give accurate ship dates
(and normally end up shipping early), but we will not be able to guarantee ship dates. You will have
the option to cancel your pre-order at any time.
