Ruby Garnet Snake Ring

Hollow domed on the top in sterling silver with an elevated prong set garnet in the center and a yellow gold snake weaving through the entire ring. The head is settled on the side with a red ruby eye. Sits a 1/4" off the top of the finger. Made in Italy. By Iosselliani.
